- Responsible for managing SharePoint sites user access and permissions. Troubleshoot issues and provide technical support. Ensure smooth operations security and optimization of SharePoint environments within the organization. Configuring new sites Monitoring bandwidth usage Running and Deploying custom features.
- Advanced SharePoint skills (and years of experience) Windows PowerShell Information security Networking and network security Knowledge in SharePoint designer and Sharegate tool
- Good understanding about O365 Messaging infrastructure design and functionality.
- Troubleshoot mail flow issues in O365.
- Knowledge in Azure Active Directory and Azure Ad Connect
- Detailed knowledge on O365 licensing models
- Good understanding and troubleshooting capability on OneDrive for business TEAMS issues and design.
- Good understanding of distribution groups dynamic DLs security groups and O365 groups
- Knowledge on Change Management Problem management Incident Service Request and ITIL process
- Must be able to coordinate with vendors on critical issues.
