• Provide clear and timely communication to new hires about the onboarding process and induction schedule.

Documentation and Compliance

• Ensure all required documentation is completed accurately and submitted on time as per the compliance requirements

Feedback and Continuous Improvement

• Gather feedback from new hires about the onboarding process and use this information to make improvements.

Integration and Support

• Help new hires integrate into the company culture and connect them with relevant colleagues and resources.
• Provide ongoing support to new hires during their initial employment period, addressing any questions or concerns they may have.
