Key Responsibilities

Client Deliverables:

• Create client ready deliverables in accordance with the templates and requirements outlined in the SOPs and on time
• Ensure that critical data is entered properly into forms and applications according to written instructions
• Generate simple reports and provide status updates
• Data collection from online resources and develop deliverables in various formats
• Format deliverables in accordance with brand guidelines and instructions
• Create deliverables and complete assigned tasks as per agreed SLAs

Quality:

• Creates deliverables that adhere to the SOPs and templates and are error-free
• Performs self-review check of all deliverables before submitting to QC
• Owns the deliverable to ensure all deliverables meet the quality standards of CoAE
• Seeks feedback from coach and quality controllers to improve output and overall performance
