Job Description: –

• Install, Deploy and Configure InnaIT Key data security application for user authentication and authorization
• Interacting with client through call, Mail, and chats
• User Training, demonstration and Presentation of Software product Biometric authentication product called InnaIT Key
• Should have good knowledge into Biometric technologies such as Physiological (FP, FACE, IRIS, VOICE and Behavioural
• Basics of Software Development should be able to talk on integration knowledge of Java, .Net other used languages
• Having good knowledge of Embedded electronics and software
• Collaborate with Software Development and testing teams on required application changes, bugs, and support
• Provide a high level of technical support to off-shore and On-shore teams.
• Actively interact with client IT team to perform application preventive maintenance and health monitoring
• Execute daily deployment tasks and monitor automation jobs
