Job title: Graduate Engineer – Structure (NA projects).
Qualifications and Experience: • BE / B. Tech or ME / M. Tech in Civil Engineering from a recognized University.
Experience Required : 0 to 1 years of experience.
Roles and Responsibilities
- Sound technical knowledge, academically good. Principal Duties and Responsibilities:
- Working with a team on various projects in line with Client requirement.
- Liaising with the team to demonstrate an understanding of scope, knowledge, and provide innovative design solutions as per best engineering practices.
- Working in collaboration with other design disciplines to ensure the integrity of the overall design.
- Ready to work hands on in BIM Environment and on design software such as Staad pro, Revit.
- Familiar with US codes, standards, and practices related to Structural Engineering.
- Diligent focus on the quality of deliverables
- Compliance to the Arcadis Health and Safety standards
Required competencies:
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in the English language, with good report writing, analytical and computer skills.
- Technically minded, able to demonstrate numerical and scientific ability and have problem-solving skills.
- Excellent knowledge of MS Excel and MS Word
- Knowledge of Staad pro & AutoCAD mandatory, desirable to have basic skills on Revit.
