Responsibilities and Duties:
- Provide first level support for all production incidents on AWS Infrastructure & applications.
- Ensure Observability is an integral part of the infrastructure and provide adequate visibility about their health, utilization, and availability.
- Perform infra & application deployments by adhering to the change management process.
- Schedule, manage and troubleshoot batch jobs.
- Collaborate and communicate extensively with cross functional teams. Should be open to support 24/7 shifts.

Qualifications:
- Familiar with building Infrastructure Platforms and CI/CD pipelines in a major public cloud provide – AWS preferred; Some of the commonly used Cloud infrastructure/platforms services (e.g., EC2, S3/EBS/EFS, ELB/DNS/NAT, RDS/Aurora, SNS/SQS, Elasticache, IAM/KMS/SecretsManager, etc.)
- Familiar with Kubernetes and its ecosystem – Containerd/Docker, Terraform, ArgoCD.
- Familiar with observability platforms/tools like ELK/Fluentd/Fluenbit, Grafana/Prometheus/Open Telemetry, etc.
- Experience with Batch job scheduler like Azkaban.
- Familiar with Python, Golang or a similar language.
- Strong communication skills and excellent telephone presence.
- Bachelors or master’s in computer science / information technology / Electronics & communication / Electrical & Electronics. Should have graduated in 2023 / 2024.
