Job Description:
- Looking to hire freshers/associates (0-2 Yrs) who are quick learners, and have an excellent communication skill with the ability to adapt to the changing landscapes
- Candidates graduating in the year 2021/2020/2019 with a consistent and bright academic record – 60% aggregate throughout their education (Xth till highest Qualification). Mark sheet/Provisional certificate is mandatory
- 0-2 years of financial services / industry experience
- Qualification: MBA Finance Only
- Exceptional analytical skills and problem-solving ability
- Must have an excellent interpersonal, verbal, written communication, and presentation skills
- A genuine enthusiasm and interest in the financial services industry
- Proactive and responsive team player
- Open to work from any Capco location within India
- Professional certifications in Agile/ Scrum Master are plus
- Experience with Microsoft Office tools, especially PowerPoint, Excel is a plus
- Selected candidates should be available to join us on Immediate basis.
