Job Description:

•  Should have good understanding and working knowledge on technical platforms like Quantum, SPSS, Excel etc.
• Junior Analyst should take a support/Learner role in
• analysis of survey questionnaire,
• Cleaning and tabulating for the surveys done by senior programmers.
• Surveys include various segments like healthcare, consumer etc.
• Should be able to independently clean and tabulate surveys of
• Level 1 & 2 Complexity
• From one or more Survey platforms like Confirmit, Decipher Beacon
• Should adhere to the set Productivity and Quality standards.
• Should adhere to the delivery plan created by the team lead.
• Should update the Team Lead of the task status on a regular basis.
• Should have good interpersonal skills and be willing to work independently or in a team. And also willing to work in night shifts/rotations
• Effectively escalate technical issue to a more senior-level programmer.
• Required to participate in ad-hoc project assignment.
• Should involve in documentation and testing.
• Require stand-by during off office hours and public holidays.
