• Job Description: To assist corresponding Sales office for Project co-ordination

Responsibilities:

1) To assist corresponding Sales office for Project co-ordination2) Play an anchor role to assist and lead execution of KOB1/ KOB2  projects

3) Manage entire project execution by closely working with internal teams

4) Monitor and control project deliverables including documentation, inspection, shipment etc.,

5) Work in tandem with PM Lead team to achieve project goals

6) Act as bridge between LBP and factories through close coordination and communication

7) Review QA documentation for submission

8) Initiate KOM’s with factories

9) Coordinate Factory Inspections with customer at Manufacturing Plant facilities

10) Status follow up with factories and prepare Monthly reports to Sales offices

11) Regular update of Order Control sheet

12) Handle Revisions in all documents

13) Train juniors in Project management practices if needed
