Your Role in Invesco:

• 2-3 rotations across departments to have a holistic learning of company functions, policies, and ways of working over the course of program
• Fulfil requirements and meet goals and benchmarks set out at the start of the Management Leadership Program
• Drive P&L mindset across the organization (IIPL)
• Develop subject matter expertise of core business of Invesco India
• Project Management initiatives – tracking of milestones, preparing status reports, driving action plans with the project teams
• Contribute to strategic planning and provide advisory support to leadership on various projects
• Gain knowledge of company policies, protocols, and processes
• Work with multiple teams across the organization to lead change as well lead small working groups The Experience You Bring
• Good analytical skills and superb attention to detail
• Good interpersonal skills to work effectively with a network of colleagues spread across different time zones
• Proficiency in MS Office
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• A positive attitude and willingness to learn
• Knowledge of asset management industry operations would be an added advantage

Academic requirements

• MBA/PGDM (2023 Batch)
• No current backlogs
• 60% or equivalent CGPA/CQPI throughout 10th, 12th or Diploma, UG course
