- Lead the performance testing efforts for multiple projects/applications simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to quality standards.
- Develop performance testing strategies, test plans, and test cases based on project requirements and application architecture.
- Ability to run Performance Test using Browser Stack and other similar Browser add-ons, that help expedite web application performance testing
- Design and execute performance test scenarios to simulate various user loads, transaction volumes, and environmental conditions.
- Utilize performance testing tools such as JMeter, LoadRunner, or Gatling to conduct tests and analyze results.
- Identify performance bottlenecks, system limitations, and areas for optimization through performance monitoring and analysis.
- Collaborate with development teams to troubleshoot performance issues and implement performance improvements.
- Generate comprehensive performance test reports and present findings to stakeholders, including recommendations for optimization.
- Mentor and provide guidance to junior performance testers on testing best practices and methodologies.
