What will you do
- Work with Sales Engineer, Global Account Managers, Industry specialist, Product / engineering change teams.
- Daily updating of End customer details of CCC determination table in SAP
- 12 hrs for 5 days support to update the determination of table once in a quarter.
- Provide support to Sales Operations functions on daily, weekly basis.
- Provide periodic (daily, weekly, monthly, quarterly, and annual) reports as detailed by his or her supervisor & stake holders.
- Interact with the Sales team, Local coordinator, global coordinators, contractors / engineers.
- Analyze data to identify trends, drive insight and participate in projects to deliver process improvements.
- Quantitative analysis, reporting and development of data-based recommendations to influence decision making on daily basis.
- Ability to multitask to meet project deadlines and manage complex activities.
- Strong ability to work in a cross-functional, team-oriented environment
- Ability to balance workload by maintaining SLA. Quickly learn new project requirements.
- Stay updated with the latest technological advancement and changes in technologies. Adapt to these changes by self-training and research work
