Job Description for the position of Legal Coordinator shall be as follows
- Has to have an overall Experience of 0 to 2 Years.
- Minimum Qualification shall be LLB.
- Post Graduation in LLM is preferred.
- Knowledge in Indian Contracts Act
- Knowledge in Arbitration and conciliation Act
- Knowledge in Limitations Acts
- Knowledge in Indian and International Arbitration
- Knowledge in various other relevant Act
- Knowledge in infrastructure project works preferred.
- Drafting and Vetting subcontracts, main contract amendments
- Should possess knowledge in prolongation cost claims
- Knowledge in Extension of Time application.
- Must have knowledge in preparation of Delay and Disruption cost claims.
- Must have a good understanding of infrastructure project works.
- Good understanding of Contract conditions [FIDIC,NHPC, NPCIL, Bespoke type]
