Job Summary:

• Tracking, reviewing, analyzing and processing invoices.
• Defining invoicing data types and maintaining databases.
• Managing client requests and queries.
• Verifying tax information’s.
• Assisting with past due or denied invoices.

Roles & Responsibilities:

Core Responsibilities:

• Experience in processing Invoices.
• Knowledge of accounting databases and tracking the regular activities.
• Prioritizing the aging and urgent requests on regular basis.
• Proficiency in office software, such as Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook.
• Ability to review invoices and verify tax information. Knowledge on the tax computation for US & Canada.
• Good organizational and communication skills.

Years of Experience:

• A minimum of 0-6 months’ experience in a invoice processing

Education Qualification & Certifications

Required Minimum Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s Degree (BBA, B.com or related field)
