- Familiarity with various memory design architectures
- Knowledge about complete product design and development flow including:
- Memory Design
- Power network development & analysis
- Reliability analysis and improvements
- State machine modelling, design and verification
- Verification methodologies and frameworks including behavioral modeling, Timing analysis, equivalence check
- Good understanding of Layout fundamentals
- Understand priority and optimize circuits for speed, capacitance, power, and area.
- Familiarity with a scripting language (Python, Tcl, Perl, etc)
- Good exposure to various CAD tools
