• Understand / analyze customer requirements and provide solutions
• Good problem solving skills
• Collaborating with Developers, Quality Engineers, and Product Owners
• Respond to requests in a timely manner
• Develop strong working knowledge of products
• Suggest product and process improvement ideas
• Collaborate with other teams like Tech Support, Cloud infrastructure etc
• Be an active Team Member

Skills and knowledge:

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Excellent problem-solving skills.
• Some programming skills in JAVA.
• Hands on experience to work on automation tools like Selenium, JUnit etc.
• Good Technical Learning Abilities.
• Good understanding of software applications in Client-Server architecture. Should have experience in deploying / configuring such applications.
• Experience to work on Databases like Oracle & MS-SQL
