Job Summary TATA Careers:

• Market and competition analysis
•  Market analysis – To scan through primary and secondary data sources (ACMA/ SIAM/ CRISIL reports), media news as well as presentations by various consultants like PwC, E&Y, etc.) to help us present various trends affecting each vertical (PV, CV, 2 wheeler, 3 wheeler, tractor, off highway, etc.) and the impact on Tata AutoComp (new products/ technology we must invest, opportunities and threats, etc.), opportunities arising at each OEM – future models, volume forecast, etc. Detail SWOT and PESTAL analysis based on the same at Taco level.
• Competition analysis – To scan current and future competition at Tata AutoComp level with detail analysis and their future. Competition’s plan customer wise / product wise. Detail SWOT and PESTAL analysis based on the same at Taco level. Also, to work with BUs for competition analysis at product level for current products.

Commodity Trend and Its impact 

• To analysis commodity trend month on month and its impact to us BU wise
• Alignment with BUs and central purchase to correction which we need to give to suppliers and corrections need to ask accordingly from customers – BU wise. Ensuring without receiving corrections from customers not to give to suppliers.
• Tracking and ensuring each BU (Purchase and BD) is aligned with the impact analysis and working on achieving positive impact for company.
• Explore new business opportunities, understanding OEMs / customer’s requirement, pitching our products, customer engagement, customer relationship management, handling customer key accounts, business enquiry generation. Business data analysis.
