- Collaborate with all stakeholders in defining and understanding the requirements for validation
- Design and development of automation systems required in different stages of validation
- Functional validation of solutions, features and bug-fixes
- Non-functional testing – performance, stress, soak and security
- Test Case authoring, Test Coverage
- Pursue constant improvement in testing methodologies and practices
- Own Unit Test coverage and code quality – proactively scrub bugs with QA Team
- Participate in reviews, solving problems and issues with other team members
- Draft detailed reports for work accomplished, details of feature implemented, validation done, etc., and present to all stakeholders
- Mentor and guide the team/juniors technically
About You:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, or related field
- Knowledge of C++ coding and debugging
- Knowledge of Python, Java or any other language required for development of automation systems
- Knowledge of AWS or VM-based environments
- Strong understanding of test lifecycle, different stages of testing and their objectives
- Good at problem solving and scripting
- Basic knowledge of operating system fundamentals
- Working knowledge of test management tools
- Strong communication skills
- Good organizational and time-management skills
- Ability to collaborate and work with multiple teams across different time-zones
