Job description for WEIR Off Campus Drive 2023:
Function/ Position Description:
Trainee shall learn the fundamentals of operation and maintenance of TRIO/ Crushing equipment’s.
Key Responsibilities
Undergo rigorous training on the operation and maintenance of TRIO/ Crushing equipment’s .
Safety Responsibilities: Working at site with safety, using PPE, preparing STAR POWRA, JSA. RA. Hazard Identification.
Key Performance Indicators: Customer satisfaction with pumps availability of > 95% of time.
Qualification
- BE or ME/MTech – Mechanical / Minerals Processing
Skill sets
• Strong communication skills (verbal/written/listening/presentation)
• Problem solving skills with ability to analyse.
