What you’ll do at Ather:
As a Performance Engineer,
- Responsible for all the vehicle level performance and range related testing in lab environment
- Responsible for scheduling tests and operating the chassis dyno/Motor dyno
- Responsible for execution of test cases with the given resources and delivering on time
- Responsible for adhering test standards/procedure for the testing
- Responsible for creating quality test reports with relevant information
- Raising bugs and highlighting the critical failures in the system/vehicle immediately
- Responsible for proper usage of equipment/Instruments and machineries
- Should be willing to come in all 3 shifts on rotational basis
Here’s what we are looking for:
- Strong understanding of electric vehicle performance
- Expertise in Data analysis
- Excellent communication skills
- Excellent data visualization skills
