Position Responsibilities:
- Provide support to Business requestors to complete the end-to-end PO request
- Provide customized support to assist with deadlines and drive reduction of completion times
- Creation, Modification and closure of Purchase Requisitions and Purchase Orders in SAP/SAP Ariba
- Monitoring team Mailbox to provide timely response
- Timely follow up and support for request throughout the process
- Respond to customer and internal stakeholder inquiries about PO requests status, changes.
- Identify automation/ improvement opportunities and work at innovating the process
Position Requirements:
Minimum qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree in any discipline.
- 0-2 years of work experience in Procure to Pay operations
- Exposure to SAP, Ariba and Coupa would be ideal.
- Proficient in Excel
Additional Qualifications:
- Good communication and stakeholder management skills
- Team player with a ‘can do’ attitude
- Customer Focus and adaptability to change
