Skills:
- Experience (0-1 yr)/ Fresher can apply.
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or relevant field.
- Good problem solver and communication skills both written and verbal.
- Ability to diagnose and troubleshoot basic technical issues.
Responsibility:
- Level 1 & Level 2 support for Web and Mobile application.
- Maintain service level agreement.
- Client co-ordination via support portal, email, telephone, video conferencing. Support case survey on case resolution.
- Maintain and publish the support case survey analytics.
- Monthly Report to client by email.
- Prepare and Maintain Support client and technical Information.
- Take over project to support portfolio after project completion.
- Ready to extend the client support during weekends/holidays (if needed).
Advantageous to have:
- Experience of support and troubleshooting.
- Role of Full stack developer, knowledge of JAVA, React JS.
- Understanding of Software development life cycle and ITIL.
- Basic knowledge of servers, APIs, relational database.
